Service Description

This includes all miscellaneous repairs around the home to include, cabinets, counters, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lights, blinds, ceiling fans, vents, shelving, closets, filters, and tiles. $50-$60 per hour, plus materials. Hourly rate depends on complexity and location of repair. I only charge while actual work is being performed and not for getting materials or travel time in order to save the customer money.
